I'm not sure if this has been done before :/ but I checked through the downloads already available and the requests too! So I'm giving it a shot myself ;n;
By the writers/mangaka of Switch, Nakedape. Dolls has the fighting-crime element in Japan too except with cool weapons and uniforms and slightly better art and good looking men and what I think is a thicker plot.
I last read up to the part about the 2nd brigade (the girls) then it was taken down ): I'm hoping somebody has the continuation or later chapters! -sob-
