Story start with Ryugamine Mikado moved to Ikekuburo, where he was showed vast angles of lifes, from the light, to the dark, to even darker one. He meet many peoples with their own stories, and witness fairy-like tales in this modern city of Tokyo.

Absolutely amazing, make me wonder why no one started this thread yet. This could easy ranked in top 10, or even top 5 best TV series of the year. The art are distinctly good, make it apart with normal anime style, if you familiar with Baccano, you know the drill.
The music is pretty nice too, a nice and Baccano's style OP, and the friendly and caring rhythm of Trust Me by Jin Nakamura make it a high level on the sound side. Since it same author with Baccano, you can expect the amazing various viewpoints story-based. With 24 eps, Durarara certainly has more spaces for developing, much better than Baccano, which only has 12 eps. With just 5 eps i had, there are still much more to know but the way it lead would make you want to swallow the whole 24 eps before you even realize it. Appear in this dire of quality season make it even more stand out, with the only competitor on the "serios" anime categories Ookami Kakushi was total disgrace
